Trauma & PTSD

 When we experience trauma, it is not just our mind and memories that hold the experience, it is also our bodies.  The Artful Healing Center incorporates evidenced-based trauma-focused therapies such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with art therapy and neuroscience to support clients as they heal.

Emily is trained is a specialized EMDR protocol for groups called EMDR Intensive Group Treatment Protocol (EMDR-ITGP.)
